Discovery Call

If you would like to have a chat about how I may be able to help you, about what Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy entails, or have any queries, I offer a FREE discovery call lasting approx. 30 minutes.

Initial Consultation

£60/60 - 90 mins

Your initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I will take you through some simple questions to get a good understanding of how I can help you achieve your goals. 

*Note - no hypnotherapy will happen during this session.

Subsequent Sessions

£60/60 mins

In our weekly sessions I will ask you "What's been good?" and explore the positive things that have happened since we last met. We will work together to set goals for the week ahead. 

We finish each session with a relaxing and calming hypnosis session.

Packages & Discounts

After the initial consultation I offer the following packages and discounts:

3 sessions - £160 (saving of £20)

6 sessions - £315 (saving of £45)

10% off 'pay as you go' sessions for NHS/Police/Armed Services/Education and students (*proof of id required for discount*)
